Who: HEO Residents 2007 YOB & Non HEO Residents 2004-2006 YOB (2008 DOB confirmed at later date)
Cost: $249+HST, only paid once spot is confirmed

The applicant will not hold the owners and staff of the Carleton Place Canadians Hockey Club liable/responsible for damages, Ioss or injury which may occur and hereby release the Carleton Place Canadians Hockey Club from any actions which may occur while attending the Canadians Prospect Camp. This release covers travel to and from the arena as well as any and activities on and off the ice
*All players must be a Jr A free agent in order to attend this camp. Your application must be accepted before you attend. 2008 DOB registration details will be confirmed at a later date. Early registration is for 2004-2007 DOB only.
