The Carleton Place Canadians are happy to announce the addition of Alex Matheson to the management staff as the assistant general manager.
Alex has been around the local hockey scene for years having spent four seasons with the Nepean Raiders organization before joining the University of Ottawa Men’s program with Brent Sullivan in 2019.
“We are incredibly fortunate to be adding somebody of Alex’s knowledge and skillset to our group,” Sullivan said. “Alex is an extremely driven and loyal individual and is a huge asset to assist me in the day to day management of this program.”
Alex currently works in the operations department with Hockey Canada and is a regional scout with hockeyprospect.com
